Dr. Michael Donovan is a licensed Clinical Psychologist. He works with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, stress, major life transitions, ADHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.

 

Prior to becoming a psychologist, Dr. Donovan spent nearly three decades in education as both a teacher and school administrator, experiences that provided him with a unique understanding of human development, relationships, communication, resilience, and the many systems that influence mental health and well-being. This experienced positioned him to support families through many aspects of the school experience and to serve as a strong advocate between schools and families.

 

Known for his warm, practical, and authentic approach, Dr. Donovan believes that effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and a genuine understanding of each person's story. He works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back, and develop meaningful strategies for growth and change.

Heather Kobylinski, MA, SAC is a compassionate mental health professional with over 30 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, families, and school communities. Her work focuses on building resilience, strengthening social-emotional well-being, and helping individuals navigate behavioral, emotional, and substance-use challenges through trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care.

 

As a longtime Student Assistance Counselor and developer of a Tier 3 Mental Health Program in schools, Heather has designed and led school-based interventions that promote healthy coping, early intervention, and long-term wellness. She collaborates closely with students, families, educators, and community providers to create safe, nonjudgmental environments where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.  Heather is a certified Life Coach and a trusted member of the Essex County Traumatic Loss Coalition.

Tim Liddy

Tim Liddy brings over 32 years of expertise in both secondary and higher education leadership. Throughout his distinguished career, Tim has served in pivotal roles such as classroom teacher, school principal, and athletic director. These diverse experiences have afforded him an unparalleled understanding of adolescent development, the intricacies of academic success, and the social-emotional landscape of school environments.

 

For the past four years, Tim has transitioned his focus toward higher education, offering high-level mentorship, strategic academic planning, and collegiate guidance at the University level. He is deeply committed to empowering students to build lasting resilience, define and achieve their personal milestones, and navigate the complexities of their educational journeys with clarity and confidence. By utilizing a supportive, student-centered approach, Tim helps individuals unlock their full potential and find success both inside and outside the classroom.
